Visiting us for the first time or coming for a Full Groom? Please arrive 15 minutes early so your furkid can settle in while you chat with our groomer about your preferred style.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. If your plans change, please WhatsApp us at least 2 days before your appointment to reschedule.
We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Please arrive on time, arrival beyond this grace period will result in automatic cancellation.
House Rules
Our team will do a quick flea and tick check when your furkid arrives.
Please put a diaper on your furkid before entering to help keep our shared space clean. A cleaning fee applies if they soil the premises.
While your furkid is with you, please keep an eye on them so everyone can enjoy a safe, happy visit. Our team may ask you to move them to another area if they need a little space to settle.
Please clean up after your furkid. Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone 🤎
