Reservation Policy
1) We will hold your booking for 15 minutes. Please be punctual.
2) Pet grooming customers are highly encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier so the pets can get familiarise with the environment and settle down before start grooming.
3) Booking deposit RM20 is non-refundable. You can WhatsApp us to modify the booking date or time 2 days in advance if you cannot make it.
House Rules
a) All pets will be checked by our staff to ensure no sign of flea & tick.
b) All pets are compulsory to wear diaper before entering the play area.
c) Free entry into play area & day care for pets comes for basic or full grooming.
d) Do monitor your furkid at all time to ensure safe & fun play time. Should a situation arise, we seek your cooperation relocate your furkid to another area.
e) Please clean-up after your furkid(s) at all time indoor in our store and also around Plaza Arkadia even it is outdoor.
